Ingredients:
- 1 C Finely Milled Almond Flour
- 3/4 C Cassava Flour
- 1/2 tsp Guar Gum
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 C Tepid water
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients then water in food processor. Scoop and roll in golf ball size balls and press on tortilla press. Heat one minute each side on hot griddle. Enjoy!
