Avocado Cream Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 Ripe Avocados
  • 1 Lime Juiced or 2-4 drops of Lime Essential Oils
  • 1/2 Bunch of Cilantro
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Minced Salted Garlic

Directions:

Place all ingredients in blender or food processor.  Puree all ingredients until smooth.  Add water until you reach your desired consistency.  Pour over Stuffed Poblano Peppers or on Fajitas.
