Baked Acorn Squash

Ingredients:

  • 2 Acorn Squash
  • 1/4 C Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Allspice
  • 1 TBSP Coconut Oil

Directions:

Cut Acorn Squash in half and remove seeds.  Spread coconut oil on the inside of the acorn squash.  Sprinkle the inside of squash with maple syrup and seasonings.  Bake at 400 degrees for about 45 minutes.  Ready when tender.
