Baked Tomatoes


  • 6 Organic Ripe Tomatoes
  • 2 Cups Finely Chopped Macadamia Nuts
  • Salt and Onion Powder
  • Minced Garlic
  • Fresh Basil, Thyme and/or Oregano


Slice the top off the tomatoes.  Sprinkle the tomato with salt and onion powder.  In separate bowl, mix chopped macadamia nuts, minced garlic, chopped fresh herbs.  Put mixture on top of tomatoes and bake for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.  Serve as a side for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
