Crockpot Chicken Tacos


  • 6-8 Skinless, Boneless, Chicken Breasts
  • 1 large Jar of Salsa or Tomatillo Sauce



Place chicken in crockpot and cover with salsa.  Slow cook for 4-6 hours until chicken easily shreds.  Serve in Almond Flour Tortillas or in taco bowl.  Serve with black olives, beans, avocado, tomatoes, lettuce, cashew sour cream.
