Ingredients:
- 6-8 Skinless, Boneless, Chicken Breasts
- 1 large Jar of Salsa or Tomatillo Sauce
Directions:
Place chicken in crockpot and cover with salsa. Slow cook for 4-6 hours until chicken easily shreds. Serve in Almond Flour Tortillas or in taco bowl. Serve with black olives, beans, avocado, tomatoes, lettuce, cashew sour cream.
