- 1 C Coconut Milk (Califia brand or Canned Coconut Milk with Cream)
- 1 C Water
- 1 Scoop of Chocolate Complete Protein Powder (Juice Plus)
- 1 C Frozen Dark Sweet Cherries (I get mine at Costco)
- 2 C Fresh Kale or Spinach (Great for calcium!)
Blend all ingredients in your blender and serve cold.
