Energy Bites

Ingredients:

  • 2 C Fresh Ground Peanut Butter (Sunflower Seed, Cashew or Almond Butter works too)
  • 2 C Gluten Free Quick Oats
  • 2 Scoops of Juice Plus Chocolate Complete Protein Powder (Substitution: PB2)
  • 1 C of Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips
  • 1 C of Super Fusion Dried Berries (Costco)

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix with mixer.  After mixed well, roll into golf ball sized balls.  Add Honey if mixtures is too dry or Complete Protein if too sticky.  Store in refrigerator.
