- 2 C Fresh Ground Peanut Butter (Sunflower Seed, Cashew or Almond Butter works too)
- 2 C Gluten Free Quick Oats
- 2 Scoops of Juice Plus Chocolate Complete Protein Powder (Substitution: PB2)
- 1 C of Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips
- 1 C of Super Fusion Dried Berries (Costco)
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix with mixer. After mixed well, roll into golf ball sized balls. Add Honey if mixtures is too dry or Complete Protein if too sticky. Store in refrigerator.
