Ingredients:
- 4 – 10 oz Packages of Organic Cherry or Grape Tomatoes Sliced in Half
- 1 red onion finely diced
- 1 large cucumber finely diced
- 1 bunch of fresh basil
- 1 cup of HEB Organic Non GMO Balsmaic Vinegar
Directions:
Rinse and slice or dice ingredients and pour Vinegar on top. You may store overnight chilled to marinate vegetables. Serve Chilled.
