Gluten Free Chicken Fried Bison Steak



  • 2 lbs of Sirloin Bison Steaks
  • 1 tsp Seasoning Salt
  • 1 Package of Blackbird Bakery Donut Fritter Blend
  • 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 C Raw Milk
  • 2 TBSP Neat Eggs mixed 4 TBSP Water
  • Coconut Oil


Pat dry the meat, season with seasoning salt and set aside.  Mix Donut Blend, cayenne and black pepper in small bowl.  Mix milk and egg mixture in second bowl.  Dip meat in flour mixture, dip in milk and back into flour mixture. Fry for 90 seconds to 2 minutes per side in coconut oil.
