Gluten Free Graham Pecan Cake


  • 1 box of Kinnikinnick Graham Cracker Crumb Crust
  • Honey
  • Coconut Oil
  • 2 Cups of Crushed Raw Pecans


Mis box of graham cracker crust substituting sugar with honey and butter with melted coconut oil.  Press into greased 9X11 glass pan.  Crumble pecans on top.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let rest before serving.  You can serve with fresh raspberry, kumquat or fig sauce, baked apples or fresh berries with mint.
