Ingredients:
- 6 Handfuls of Fresh Green Beans (1 Handful per person)
- 1 TBSP Coconut Oil
- 1 Sweet Onion
- 2 TBSP Minced Garlic
- 1 package of Shitake Mushrooms
- 1 15.4 oz Canned Coconut Milk
- 4 Sweet Onions
- 1/2 Cup Namaste Flour
- Avocado Oil
Remove ends of green beans and set aside. Melt oil in Crock Pot on Brown/Saute cycle, saute onions, garlic and mushrooms. Add Coconut milk and stir. Place Green beans in mixture and set Crockpot on High or low (depending on how long you have). Slice Onions and dip in Namaste Flour. Drizzle with Avocado Oil or Olive Oil. Bake on 350 degrees for 20 minutes until onions are tender on the inside and crispy on the outside. Place mushrooms no top of green beans immediately before serving.
