Ingredients:
- 2 Cups of Namaste Flour (Namaste Flour purchased here)
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 8 TBSP Coconut Oil (Costco is a great price and BPA free container.)
- 1 TBSP Vanilla
- 8 TBSP Pure Maple Syrup
- 1/2 C Enjoy Chocolate Chips
Glaze:
- 1/2 C Enjoy Chocolate Chips
- 1 tsp Coconut Oil
- Sea Salt
Directions:
Using a food processor, add all the ingredients except the glaze. Mix well and roll balls and press with fork onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 – 12 minutes. While cookies are in oven, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in saucepan on low heat. Dip cookies in melted chocolate or drizzle on top and sprinkle with sea salt. Let cool in refrigerator until chocolate hardens. Yummy!
