PB Chocolate Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 C Coconut or Almond Milk
  • 1 C Ice
  • 1 Scoop of Juice Plus Chocolate Complete
  • 1 banana
  • 2 TBSP Fresh Ground Peanut Butter

Blend all ingredients in blender.  Serve Cold.

This book gives you a framework of eating from a Biblical perspective. When I studied Nutrition in college, I saw practical reasons of why God shared the Levitical Laws of food. I do believe that learning and implementing practical healthy eating habits can improve the vibrancy of life.
