Ingredients:
- 2 C Kirkland’s Organic Peanut Butter
- 1 C Gluten Free Quick Oats
- 1 C Namaste Flour (Gluten Free All Purpose Flour)
- 2 TBSP Vanilla
- 2 TBSP Baking Powder
- 2 TBSP Ground Flaxmeal
- 1 C Raw Honey
- 1 C Roasted Salted Peanuts
- 1 C Chocolate Chips
- Raw Sugar
Directions:
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Combine Quick Oats, Flour, Baking Powder and Flaxmeal. Stir in Peanut Butter, vanilla and honey and mix well. Add peanuts and chocolate chips. Roll cookies into a ball. Place on greased baking sheet and press down with a fork. Sprinkle the top of cookie with chocolate chips and raw sugar. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
