Peanut Butter Oatmeal & Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 C Kirkland’s Organic Peanut Butter
  • 1 C Gluten Free Quick Oats
  • 1 C Namaste Flour (Gluten Free All Purpose Flour)
  • 2 TBSP Vanilla
  • 2 TBSP Baking Powder
  • 2 TBSP Ground Flaxmeal
  • 1 C Raw Honey
  • 1 C Roasted Salted Peanuts
  • 1 C Chocolate Chips
  • Raw Sugar

Directions:

Preheat oven 350 degrees.  Combine Quick Oats, Flour, Baking Powder and Flaxmeal.  Stir in Peanut Butter, vanilla and honey and mix well.  Add peanuts and chocolate chips. Roll cookies into a ball.  Place on greased baking sheet and press down with a fork.  Sprinkle the top of cookie with chocolate chips and raw sugar.  Bake for 8-10 minutes.
