- 1 Cup of Olive Oil
- 1 Cup of Pine Nuts
- 1 Bunch of Fresh Basil
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp of Salted Minced Garlic
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until blended well. Use on Eggplant Pizzas, Pizza, Baked Chicken and Pesto, or serve as a veggie dip.
