My heart is to give hope and to inspire others to learn how to incorporate whole foods into our kitchen.  Organic fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs, and 100 percent grass fed meat is tasty and wonderful for our bodies.  My recipes are all 100 percent gluten free, I choose to use raw cheese, I substitute almond,coconut, or rice milk, and I often replace eggs with applesauce, bananas or ground flax meal.  I’m limited on some food choices that I can provide and I highly recommend being tested for food allergies, if you are facing health challenges yourself.  Once you know the framework that helps your body heal, you can start to explore a world of new cooking and enjoy new recipes that are safe for you and your family.
