Salmon Patties

Ingredients:

  • 1 Lb Ground Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon (If you need a source, message me!)
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper finely diced
  • 1 TBSP Lemon Juice
  • 1 TBSP Garlic Minced
  • 1 TBSP Dijon Mustard
  • 4 TBSP Ground Flaxmeal
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 C Fresh chopped Chives
  • 1 C Fresh Chopped Parsley
  • 1 C Fresh Chopped Cilantro
  • Coconut Oil

 

Directions:

Combine all ingredients with your hands.  I mix flaxmeal in at the very end.  Makes 8-10 patties.  Saute in coconut oil for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.  Serve with Cauliflower Rice and Kale saute vegetable mix.
