Ingredients:
- 1 Lb Ground Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon (If you need a source, message me!)
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1/2 Red Bell Pepper finely diced
- 1 TBSP Lemon Juice
- 1 TBSP Garlic Minced
- 1 TBSP Dijon Mustard
- 4 TBSP Ground Flaxmeal
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
- 1 C Fresh chopped Chives
- 1 C Fresh Chopped Parsley
- 1 C Fresh Chopped Cilantro
- Coconut Oil
Directions:
Combine all ingredients with your hands. I mix flaxmeal in at the very end. Makes 8-10 patties. Saute in coconut oil for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned. Serve with Cauliflower Rice and Kale saute vegetable mix.
