Turmeric Chicken and Broccoli


  • 2 lbs of Chicken Breast Organic and Antibiotic Free
  • 1 Head of Broccoli
  • 1 Sweet Onion
  • 2 Sweet Bell Pepper
  • 1 package of Organic Sweet Tomatoes
  • 3 TBSP Turmeric
  • Sea Salt
  • Fresh Ground Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • 1/3 C Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice (10-15 Drops of Lemon Essential Oil)
  • Serve with Cashew Sour Cream


Boil Chicken until chicken easily falls apart.  Shred chicken and set chicken broth aside to add later.  Place chicken in 9X13 pan along with chopped onion, chopped Bell Pepper, chopped Broccoli and Sweet Tomatoes.  Sprinkle veggies and chicken with Turmeric, Sea Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder and stir together.  Sprinkle drops of Lemon Essential Oils and mix together. Pour 2 Cups of Chicken broth over meat and veggie mixture.  Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.  I prefer my broccoli a little crunchy. Serve with Cashew Cream Sauce.
